Shipping and returns

SHIPPING:

For Italy, the shipping cost is €8.00 for standard shipping (2-6 working days), or €1.50 for express shipping (1-4 working days).

For Europe the flat rate is €15.00

For orders over €100, shipping is FREE

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

International shipping fees can vary significantly — feel free to drop me a message for more information.

RETURNS:

You can return all or part of your order within 5 days of receiving it by sending an email to thejoshuatreecactus@gmail.com, specifying the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive the return package in its original packaging and verify the integrity of the returned plant, you will receive an email confirming acceptance or denial of the return. If the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the value of the order only, excluding the shipping costs included in the original order, within 3 days of the return acceptance email.

A return will only be accepted if the following conditions have been met:

• The desire to return the plant must be communicated within 5 days of receiving the order;
• The plant must NOT be broken, damaged or wet.

IMPORTANT: RETURNS ON CUSTOM-MADE PLANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
